The IDF killed a Hamas terrorist who participated in the October 7, 2023, massacre, the military confirmed on Sunday.
The terrorist was identified as Abd al-Rahman Maher Abd al-Karim Ziyada, a Nukhba Force commander in Hamas's Izzadin al-Qassam Brigades.
The IDF struck and killed Ziyada in the al-Shati area of the Gaza Strip on Wednesday, the military noted.
During the massacre, Ziyada looted an IDF military vehicle, taking it into the Gaza Strip, the military said.
Additionally, the IDF carried out a strike killing Kamal Mohammad Hamdan Najjar, the head of the Izzadin al-Qassam Brigades' Khan Yunis tunnel unit n a separate Wednesday strike, the military added.
IDF kills senior Hamas Naval Police, two other naval commanders in Gaza strike
The IDF also carried out a Friday strike killing the head of Hamas's Naval Police in the Central Camps, and two other Hamas naval officers, the military said on Sunday.
The senior naval officer was identified as Mansour Sami Mahmoud Shahtout. The others were identified as Mahdi Jabr and Mohammad Noufal, respectively.
The three terrorists were traveling in a vehicle while armed, the military said.
IDF kills armed terrorists in southern Syria Security Zone over weekend
Additionally, the IDF killed several armed terrorists in southern Syria on Saturday, the military confirmed on Sunday.
The military's 6th Etzioni Brigade, under the 210th Division, killed the terrorists, who had entered the Security Zone within Syria, the military noted.

The IDF also killed several Hezbollah terrorists armed with rocket-propelled grenades (RPGs) near Nabatiya in a Saturday strike, the military confirmed on Sunday.
