Kyiv rejects Putin’s claims about prisoner exchange refusal

Ukraine’s Presidential Office denied claims by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin that Kyiv had refused to proceed with a prisoner exchange, Suspilne reported, citing a source in the Presidential Office.
