Marine Missing from USS Anchorage Declared Lost at Sea

A 21 year-old Marine from Minnesota died after going missing at sea off the California coast, the service announced Monday. Lance Cpl. Armando Ortiz Canseco was attached to San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock USS Anchorage (LPD-23) when he went missing on Thursday, according to a Marine Corps news release.
