The situation in Lebanon and the communities in northern Israel is deteriorating. Public leaders cry out with all their heart, "We are ready to be tested and make the sacrifice, but give us your back. It's your job and your duty!" Residents in the north are being deceived by a heartless government that has surrendered again and again to blackmail by the ultra-Orthodox and the prioritization of settlements in the West Bank. Based on their experience, they know that even the 13 billion shekels ($4.5 billion) they were promised last week are written in water.
