Norfolk Sailor Pleads Guilty to Murder of Fellow Sailor

NAVAL STATION NORFOLK, Va. — A Norfolk sailor pleaded guilty Monday to murdering a fellow sailor in May 2025 as part of a plea agreement that will see him sentenced to a minimum of 40 years in a federal prison.
