A Russian drone hit a library in the centre of Novhorod-Siverskyi overnight, damaging nearby residential and office buildings.

Russian forces launched a drone attack on the central part of the city of Novhorod-Siverskyi in Chernihiv Oblast on the night of 12-13 March, striking a library building.
