In total, the occupiers attacked 34 settlements across the region, with 15 civilians wounded as a result of an enemy strike on the regional center.
The head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Russians struck Zaporizhzhia with one missile. Russian forces also carried out 18 airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia, Orikhiv, Preobrazhenka, Vozdvyzhivka, Yehorivka, Chervona Krynytsia, Dolynka, Lisne, Liubytske, Rivne, Omelnyk, Mala Tokmachka, Bilohiria, and Novoselivka," he wrote.
According to him, 392 drones of various types — mainly FPV drones — attacked Zaporizhzhia, Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivske, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Huliaipilske, Hirke, Zelene, Varvarivka, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Tsvitkove, and Preobrazhenka.
Fedorov also stated that 205 artillery strikes targeted Stepnohirsk, Prymorske, Stepove, Pavlivske, Huliaipole, Zaliznychne, Shcherbaky, Mali Shcherbaky, Novodanylivka, Novoandriivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Bilohiria, Dobropillia, Pryluky, Hirke, Huliaipilske, and Staroukrainka.
A total of 89 reports were received regarding damage to infrastructure, homes, vehicles, and utility buildings, Fedorov noted.
AsUkrinform previously reported, Russian forces launched a missile strike on Zaporizhzhia during the day on May 26. Apartment buildings and civilian vehicles were damaged. Fifteen people were injured, including an infant.
