Over the past 24 hours, Russian strikes hit the city of Kharkiv and 24 settlements across the Kharkiv region, leaving two people dead and 26 injured, including two children.
This was reported on Telegram by Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, according to Ukrinform.
In the village of Zadonetske, a 55-year-old woman was killed and several civilians, including a 16-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl, were injured. In the town of Valky, a 45-year-old man was killed and two others wounded.
Kharkiv city also came under fire, where two civilians were injured and civilian infrastructure was damaged. Additional casualties and damage were reported across several districts, including Bohodukhiv, Kupiansk, Izium, and Chuhuiv.
Russian forces used multiple types of weapons in the attacks on the region, including MLRS systems, nine guided aerial bombs, 19 Shahed-type drones, 13 Molniya drones, three FPV drones, and 35 additional drones of unspecified type.
As previously reported, on the evening of June 29, a Russian drone struck a warehouse in Kharkiv’s Kholodnohirskyi district, sparking a fire.
