A US-Israeli strike on the city of Dorud in Iran’s Lorestan province killed seven people and wounded 56, according to a provincial official cited by Tasnim news agency.
The attack reportedly hit residential and densely populated civilian areas.
Earlier, authorities said four people were killed in a separate strike on rural areas in the Chegeni region of the same province.
Earlier this week, the IDF also said it had killed the commander of the “Imam Hussein Division” in Beirut, a week after taking out his predecessor.
In the letter, Amir Saeid Iravani said the UAE’s decision to allow its territory to be used for the strikes constituted "an internationally wrongful act that entailed state responsibility."
