Russian invaders attacked Kharkiv and other settlements in the region beginning in the evening of June 23 and continuing through the night of June 24; a 56-year-old woman was killed, and four others were wounded.

According to the investigation, on June 24 at approximately 4:55 a.m., a Russian UAV, preliminarily identified as a Molniya, struck the site of an unfinished apartment building in the Industrialnyi District of Kharkiv.
At approximately 2:50 a.m., a Russian drone, preliminarily identified as a Geran-2, attacked Balakliia in the Izium district.
A 56-year-old woman was killed when the drone struck a residential area. Her 21-year-old daughter suffered an acute stress reaction. Buildings and a store were damaged.
Around 01:00, a drone attack in the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv damaged a residential building and several cars. Two women suffered acute stress reactions.
On Tuesday, June 23, at approximately 10:50 p.m., the Russian Armed Forces launched three strikes with guided aerial bombs on the village of Shevchenkove in the Kupiansk district. Residential buildings, a daycare center, and stores were damaged. A 68-year-old woman was injured.
Under the procedural guidance of the prosecutor’s office, pre-trial investigations have been launched into the commission of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
As reported by Ukrinform, on June 22, Kharkiv and 16 other settlements in the Kharkiv region were under Russian attack; one person was killed, and eight others were injured.
