In Kyiv, the number of people killed in the massive Russian attack has risen to 19. Rescuers recovered another body from under the rubble of a building in the Darnytskyi district.

According to Ukrinform, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine stated this on Telegram.

"In Kyiv, the number of people killed as a result of the Russian strike on the night of July 6 has risen to 19: in the Darnytskyi district, rescuers unblocked another body from under the rubble," the statement said.

Work is ongoing.

As the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office added, among the 19 dead is a 12-year-old boy. Fifty-eight people were injured, including six young children and a 17-year-old boy.

Earlier, 18 deaths had been reported.

As Ukrinform reported, on the night of July 6, Russian invaders launched a massive attack on Kyiv and the region with drones and missiles.

It was previously known that 15 people had been killed and 56 injured in Kyiv.
