Fire reported at oil storage tanks at UAE’s Fujairah port

A fire broke out at oil storage facilities at the United Arab Emirates’ Port of Fujairah early Saturday following an attack, Anadolu news agency reported. 

The report said that authorities were assessing the situation at the major Gulf energy hub, which serves as a key storage and export point for regional oil supplies.

Details about the extent of the damage were not immediately available.
