Russian invaders attacked a residential area in Shostka, Sumy region; a woman and a three-year-old girl were injured.
According to Ukrinform, the Main Directorate of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Sumy region reported this on Telegram.
“A residential area in the city of Shostka has been attacked. Rescuers surveyed the area and extinguished the fires that were detected,” the statement said.
The blast wave shattered windows in a four-story apartment building. State Emergency Service personnel promptly carried out emergency repair work.
According to preliminary information, a 34-year-old woman and a three-year-old girl were injured.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian troops struck 24 settlements in the Sumy region over the past day, killing two people.
