The Justice Ministry pardons department confirmed this week that it maintains its opposition to granting a pardon to Benjamin Netanyahu. Its position could not be any clearer. President Isaac Herzog must stop looking for detours or lacunae and encouraging quibbles and foot-dragging. He must put an end to this shameful saga.
