Russian forces launched 924 strikes on 42 settlements in Ukraine's Zaporizhzhia region over the past 24 hours, killing one person and injuring 29 others, including three children.
According to Ukrinform, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov reported this on Telegram.
The attacks included a missile strike on the city of Zaporizhzhia, 21 airstrikes, 673 drone attacks, mostly involving FPV drones, two multiple-launch rocket system strikes, and 227 artillery bombardments.
The strikes targeted dozens of communities across the region, including the city of Zaporizhzhia and settlements in the Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts.
Authorities received 267 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and civilian infrastructure.
As reported by Ukrinform, Russian forces launched 887 strikes on 44 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region the previous day, killing one person and injuring 10 others.
