Details: Aktuality notes that the Ukrainian side was due to provide this plan to the Slovak oil transport company Transpetrol on Wednesday 22 April.
Background:
On 22 April, Hungary confirmed the resumption of Russian oil transit via the Druzhba pipeline. The restart of supplies was a condition set by Hungary and Slovakia for approving a €90 billion EU loan to Ukraine.
The same procedure also includes approval of the EU's 20th sanctions package against Russia, which previously failed to be passed on 24 February due to vetoes by Hungary and Slovakia.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy welcomed the unblocking of the €90 billion loan and the 20th sanctions package, stressing that he expects swift implementation of the agreements.
