Russian forces launched a series of deadly overnight strikes across Kharkiv region in the early hours of Tuesday, killing three people in Chuhuiv and injuring at least 15 others in the regional capital, local officials reported.
Three killed in Chuhuiv
Russian missiles struck Chuhuiv, a city located roughly 40 kilometers southeast of Kharkiv, in the early hours of Tuesday.

Kharkiv Regional Governor Oleh Syniehubov said the attack killed three civilians.
Emergency crews worked at the impact sites as fires burned and rescuers searched through the rubble. Officials reported damage to around eight apartment buildings and more than ten private homes.
Drone attack injures 15 in Kharkiv city
Separately, Russian drones targeted Kharkiv city, wounding civilians in residential areas.
Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov said the number of injured had risen to 15 by morning.
According to Syniehubov, three children were among those who required medical assistance, including a one-year-old boy. Three women were hospitalized.
Ukrinform reported that the drone attack triggered fires in the city, as emergency services worked at the scene.
Kharkiv region under repeated attack
Kharkiv region, which borders Russia, has faced persistent missile, drone and glide bomb attacks throughout Moscow’s full-scale invasion.
The attacks occurred as President Volodymyr Zelensky was returning to Kyiv after talks in London with the leaders of Britain, France and Germany on possible next steps toward ending the four-year-old war.
