Russian missile and drone strikes killed four people in the Kyiv region overnight, as Moscow continued large-scale attacks on civilian areas throughout Ukraine.
The attack damaged homes, energy facilities and businesses across several regions, struck a suburban train in the Kharkiv region and wounded civilians in the southern city of Kherson.

Casualties reported across multiple districts
Four people were killed during the attacks, according to Mykola Kalashnyk, head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.
Fifteen residents were injured, three of them in serious condition, while two were undergoing surgery, Kalashnyk said in a statement on Telegram.
Medical teams were providing treatment to the wounded.
Earlier reports said two people were killed in the Brovary district and another person died in the Vyshhorod district as the scale of the attack became clearer.
Homes, schools and businesses damaged
The overnight strikes damaged around 30 buildings across the Kyiv region, officials said, with the heaviest destruction reported in the Obukhiv and Brovary districts.
In the Brovary district, the attack damaged two private homes, a dormitory, office and industrial buildings, a restaurant facility and a garage complex. Several vehicles were also destroyed.
Two schools, a kindergarten, three private houses, a multi-story residential building and industrial facilities were damaged in the Obukhiv district.
In the Vyshhorod district, a multi-apartment building and warehouse facilities were damaged, while a private house caught fire in the Bucha district.
