Over the past day, Kharkiv and 15 other settlements in the Kharkiv Oblast came under Russian attack, leaving eight people injured.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported on Facebook by the head of the regional state administration, Oleh Syniehubov.
In Kharkiv, a 48-year-old and a 52-year-old woman, as well as a 49-year-old and a 56-year-old man, were injured. In the village of Pysarivka in the Zolochiv community, a 49-year-old man, a 25-year-old man, and a 48-year-old woman were wounded. In the settlement of Slatyne in the Derhachi community, a 53-year-old woman was injured.
The enemy attacked the Novobavarskyi, Saltivskyi, and Osnovianskyi districts of Kharkiv.
Russian forces also attacked the Kharkiv region using six guided aerial bombs, five Geran-2 drones, one Lancet drone, seven Molniya drones, five FPV drones, and 18 UAVs of unidentified type.
In Kharkiv, eight private houses, three garages, and two vehicles were damaged.
In the Bohodukhiv district, damage was reported to private homes, farm buildings, stores, vehicles, and power lines in several settlements including Stohnii, Pysarivka, Riasne, Zolochiv, and Liutivka.
In the Kupiansk district, a private house in Voloska Balakliia and a farm building in Novomykolaivka were damaged.
In the Izium district, private homes, farm buildings, eight apartment buildings, an educational institution, five minibuses, and a car were damaged in Oskil, Bohuslavka, and Izium.
In the Kharkiv district, a private house, a garage, and a vehicle were damaged in Ruska Lozova and Slatyne.
The transit evacuation center in Lozova received 171 people over the past day. Since the center began operating, 32,562 people have been registered there.
As previously reported by Ukrinform, on May 6 the consequences of Russian drone strikes were recorded in two settlements in the Kharkiv region, with at least one person injured.
