A woman was killed and two people, including a 13-year-old girl, were injured as a result of Russian shelling of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region.
According to Ukrinform, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha reported this on Telegram.
Russian forces carried out more than 30 attacks overnight on the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts. The strikes hit Nikopol as well as the Marhanets, Pokrovske, and Chervonohryhorivka communities. Russian forces used drones and aerial bombs.
In the Nikopol district, a 56-year-old woman was killed. The injured include a 13-year-old girl and a 44-year-old woman; both are being treated on an outpatient basis.
Infrastructure facilities, a five-storey residential building, private homes, and a vehicle were damaged in the attacks.
In the Vasylkivka community of the Synelnykove district, administrative buildings, three apartment blocks, and 11 private houses were also damaged.
Earlier reports said Russian attacks on the region on June 26 killed two people and injured 13 others.
