Social media is now praising the 1990s. Every generation tends to look back about 30 years ago with nostalgia. When I was growing up, in the 1990s, we longed for the 1960s – for the music, the fashion and the rebellion of the flower children who opposed the Vietnam War. We went to Tel Aviv to buy bell-bottoms, saw the movie musical "Hair" and listened to the Beatles.
