Details: Kim added that all the appropriate services are working at the scene.
Meanwhile, users on Telegram channels reported that a passenger train carriage had been hit and posted corresponding videos.
The local outlet MykVisti reported that a Russian drone had fallen onto the railway tracks, causing a passenger carriage of a train standing at the platform to catch fire.
"I regard the actions of local social media communities that posted footage of the aftermath of the attack almost in real time as helping the enemy. Appropriate measures will follow," Kim concluded.
