Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is refusing to adopt the attorney general's position on limiting National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir's authority over sensitive police matters, including issues related to the Temple Mount/Al-Aqsa Mosque compound, and does not require that such decisions be approved by either by him or the government, Cabinet Secretary Yossi Fuchs told the attorney general.
