One person was killed following a direct hit of a Hezbollah attack on a car in northern Israel on Sunday morning.

Magen David Adom is continuing to survey the area for more wounded.

Shortly after emergency services arrived at the site, additional sirens sounded in the area.

Iran also launched a cluster munition at central Israel on Sunday morning, as the fourth week of Operation Roaring Lion began.

Israeli media reported several fragments falling in central Israel after the attack.

No injuries were reported from the Iranian barrage, Magen David Adom stated.

A five-year-old was among the 10 seriously wounded in the attack, MDA noted, adding that 19 were reported in moderate condition, 55 lightly wounded. Four others were treated for anxiety.

United Hatzalah added that it's medical teams had treated over 90 individuals at the scene in Arad.

All of those wounded have been evacuated via ambulance or helicopter to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba for further treatment, MDA said, adding that no one is currently trapped under rubble, though search efforts continue.
