The Russian military attacked Kharkiv and 26 settlements across the region with drones over the past day, killing one person and injuring 15 others, including a child.
Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, announced this on Facebook, according to Ukrinform.
According to him, Russian forces used 100 drones of various types in the attacks, including Geran-2, Lancet, Molniya, and FPV drones. The identification of several aerial targets is still underway.
In Kharkiv, the Kyivskyi, Slobidskyi, Osnovianskyi, Shevchenkivskyi, and Kholodnohirskyi districts came under enemy attack. Damage was reported to three apartment buildings, eight private houses, four vehicles, railway infrastructure, and warehouse facilities. Ten people were injured, including a 14-year-old girl.
In the village of Ruska Lozova in the Kharkiv district, a 70-year-old woman was killed in a Russian attack. Three women aged 80, 74, and 49, as well as a 61-year-old man, were injured. A vehicle was also damaged.
In the village of Vysokyi, an 86-year-old woman was injured.
In the Bohodukhiv district, Russian strikes damaged eight private houses, outbuildings, and a vehicle in Liutivka; a vehicle in Zolochiv; two private houses, outbuildings, and power lines in Pysarivka; and two private houses in Zavadske and Klynova-Novoselivka.
In the Kupiansk district, a private house in Borivske, two vehicles in Khatnie and Myrne, and a community club building in Hrushivka were damaged in Russian attacks.
In the Lozova district, enemy strikes damaged power lines in the village of Enerhetykiv, a warehouse building, a workshop, a private house, and a vehicle in Oleksiivka; a private house in Vasiukove; a gas station in Malynivka; and a private house and a vehicle in Lozova.
In the Chuhuiv district, Russian attacks damaged power lines in Andriivka, a civilian enterprise and two vehicles in Chuhuiv, and two gas stations in Pechenihy and Korobochkyne.
Three people were injured by the detonation of explosive devices in the region over the past day: a 25-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman in Liutivka, and a 52-year-old woman in Staryi Saltiv.
Medical assistance was also provided to a 62-year-old woman injured in a Russian strike on Kurylivka on June 8 and to a 56-year-old man who was wounded the same day in an explosion caused by an unidentified device in Kivsharivka.
A transit evacuation center in Lozova received 247 people over the past day. Since the facility began operating, a total of 39,023 people have been registered there.
