Russian forces launched strikes with guided aerial bombs, drones, and artillery against Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region overnight, killing one person and injuring nine others.
According to Ukrinform, Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Hanzha reported this on Telegram.
In the Nikopol district, the town of Nikopol as well as Myrove, Pokrovske, Chervonohryhorivka, and Marhanets communities came under fire. Apartment blocks and private homes, as well as a vehicle were damaged. A 70-year-old woman was killed.
In the Synelnykove district, the Shakhtarsk, Vasylkivka, and Pokrovske communities were targeted. A lyceum, a gymnasium, more than 10 private homes, and several vehicles were damaged. Nine people were injured in the attacks.
In the Kryvyi Rih district, Russian forces struck the Hrushivka community, damaging a private house and an outbuilding.
As previously reported, Ukrposhta temporarily suspended mobile postal services in parts of the Nikopol district for 24 hours due to the security situation.
