One man has been killed and three people injured in a Russian drone attack on a fixed-route minibus in the Korabelnyi district of Kherson on the morning of 16 June.

Details: Prokudin said a Russian drone had struck a minibus at around 08:00.

Details: Three people have been taken to hospital – a 75-year-old woman and two men aged 66 and 64. They were diagnosed with concussion, blast injuries and shrapnel wounds to the torso and limbs.

Doctors are providing them with the necessary medical treatment.

Update: It was also reported that Russian forces had attacked a residential area in Shostka in Sumy Oblast. Two people – a 34-year-old woman and a 3-year-old girl – were injured in the strike.

Firefighters surveyed the area and extinguished fires that had broken out following the strike. The blast wave damaged a four-storey residential building, shattering windows. State Emergency Service employees conducted repair and restoration work on site.

Background: Russian forces attacked an emergency medical vehicle with a drone while it was responding to a call in Kherson, injuring two medics. A separate Russian drone strike also wounded a civilian.
