Over the past day, June 29, a total of 227 combat clashes between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian troops were recorded.

According to the Ukrinform, Ukrainian General Staff reported this on Facebook in a situation update as of 8:00 on June 30.

The enemy carried out two missile strikes using three missiles, as well as 78 airstrikes, dropping 237 guided aerial bombs. In addition, Russian forces used 9,618 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,835 shelling attacks, including 35 from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS).

Russian forces carried out airstrikes on Sumy, Luzhky, and Sukhodil, and also used missiles against Hlukhiv in the Sumy region.

Ukraine’s aviation, missile forces, and artillery struck 11 clusters of Russian personnel, one artillery system, two 2 UAV command posts, and three logistics supply depots.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, Russian forces carried out six assaults and 77 shelling attacks, including four MLRS strikes.

In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 15 Russian attacks near Vovchansk, Synelnykove, Starytsia, and Vovchanski Khutory, as well as toward Izbytske, Lyman, Okhrimivka, Sheviakivka, and Khatnie.

In the Kupiansk sector, one Russian assault attempt was recorded toward Kivsharivka.

In the Lyman sector, Russian forces launched 11 attacks near Drobysheve and Lyman, as well as toward Shyikivka, Novomykhailivka, and Novoselivka.

In the Sloviansk sector, Russian troops carried out 23 assault actions attempting to advance near Riznykivka, Zakitne, and Kryva Luka, as well as toward Rai-Oleksandrivka.

In the Kramatorsk, Oleksandrivka, and Dnipro River sectors, no Russian offensive actions were recorded.

In the Kostiantynivka sector, Russian forces carried out 22 attacks, attempting to advance near Ivanopillia, Kostiantynivka, and Mykolaipillia, and also toward Novopavlivka and Stepanivka.

In the Pokrovsk sector, Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 22 attacks. Russian forces were active near Rodynske, Bilytske, Novooleksandrivka, and Serhiivka, as well as toward Matiasheve, Dobropillia, Kotlyne, Sofiivka, Vilne, Hannivka, Shevchenko, Udachne, Novopavlivka, and Biliakivka.

In the Huliaipole sector, Russian forces launched 31 assaults, attempting to advance near Verkhnia Tersa, Novoselivka, and Huliaipilske, as well as toward Podorozhnie, Vozdvyzhivka, Staroukrainka, Sviatopetrivka, Kopani, Pryvilne, Rivne, Tsvitkove, and Chervone.

In the Orikhiv sector, Ukrainian defenders stopped two Russian attempts to advance toward Shcherbaky and Bilohiria.

In the Volyn and Polissia sectors, no signs of Russian offensive group formations were detected.

As previously reported, Russia’s total combat losses since the start of its full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, amount to approximately 1,403,550 personnel as of July 30, 2026.
