Over the past day, June 27, 241 combat clashes between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and Russian invaders were recorded on the front.
According to Ukrinform, this was reported in a post by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook regarding the situation as of 8:00 on June 28.
The enemy launched one missile strike using four missiles and 88 air strikes, dropping 277 guided aerial bombs.
In addition, Russian invaders used 9,873 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,773 shellings of settlements and positions of Ukrainian troops, including 36 with multiple launch rocket systems.
Air force, missile troops, and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 10 areas of concentration of Russian manpower, eight UAV control points, an ammunition depot, and one command post.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk directions, there were 11 combat clashes with Russian forces. The aggressor carried out 84 shellings of Ukrainian troop positions and settlements, including three using MLRS.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna direction, Russian troops attacked Defense Forces positions 15 times toward Karaichne, Zybyne, Lyman, Starytsia, Symynivka, Okhrimivka, Artilne, and Khatnie.
In the Kupiansk direction, the Russians attacked three times toward Novoplatonivka.
In the Lyman direction, Russian invaders tried 16 times to break into Ukrainian defenses, attacking in the areas of Novoselivka, Zarichne, Ozrne, and toward Drobysheve and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk direction, the Russians launched 22 assaults near Zakitne, Riznykivka, and toward Rai-Oleksandrivka and Kryva Luka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, Russian invaders attacked once near Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 21 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Stepanivka, Toretske, and Ivanopillia.
In the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped 24 assault actions by Russian forces in the areas of Nove Shakhove, Dorozhnie, Hryshyne, Novooleksandrivka, Udachne, and toward Novyi Donbas, Bilytske, and Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the Defense Forces stopped six Russian attacks in the areas of Voskresenka, Vorone, Kalynivske, and toward the settlement of Andriivka-Klevtsove.
In the Huliaipole direction, Russian invaders carried out 29 attacks toward Zaliznychne, Vozdvyzhivka, Hirkе, Staroukrainka, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped two Russian attempts to advance toward Lukianivske.
In the Prydniprovske direction, Russian troops did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of Russian offensive groups were detected.
As Ukrinform reported, total combat losses of Russian troops since the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, from February 24, 2022 to June 28, 2026, amount to about 1,400,970 personnel, including 1,250 over the past day.
