The future network will operate under a separate trademark, the name of which the company’s head revealed for the first time — Phoenix Energy.
“There will be a new brand. My team and I are working on it. It will happen in 2026,” said the co-founder of ZPEK.
Oleg Chykyda added that the company is betting on product quality and is ready to compete for customers on par with the market’s largest players.
“We want to create a quality product in the retail market. We definitely want to join it and compete with our monopolists,” Oleg Chykyda noted.
The CEO of ZPEK has not yet disclosed the network’s scale, the number of stations, or the regions of presence. According to him, the project is at the preparation stage.
ZPEK began importing fuel in 2023, and by the end of 2025 it had entered the top ten largest importers of diesel fuel and taken fifth place among suppliers by rail. Under the leadership of Oleg Chykyda, the group is holding these positions in 2026 and is now adding a retail line to its business — Phoenix Energy.
