At Sara Netanyahu's demand –Benjamin Netanyahu's wife –Gal Hirsch thanked the Prime Minister for releasing the hostages during the torch-lighting ceremony celebrating Israel's Independence Day. Hirsch was the Israeli special coordinator for returning the hostages after October 7.
