Russian forces launched a wave of drone attacks across Ukraine, killing a civilian in Kherson, wounding children in the Kharkiv region, and killing livestock in the Kirovohrad region, according to official reports.
Russian troops struck a minibus in Kherson with a drone on Tuesday morning, according to the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration (OVA), Oleksandr Prokudin, who reported the incident on Telegram.

“At about 8:00 a.m., the Russians attacked a minibus in the Korabelny district of Kherson with a drone,” Prokudin said.
A man died at the scene after being hit during the attack.
Earlier that same morning, Russian forces also struck an ambulance in Kherson with a drone, injuring two medical workers.
“At about 1:30 a.m., the enemy struck an ambulance with a drone while the brigade was responding to a call in the Korabelny district,” the Kherson City Council said in a statement.
Two doctors, a 51-year-old and a 63-year-old, were injured. Both sustained concussions and closed head and blast-related injuries.
The 51-year-old paramedic was hospitalized, while the older medic will receive outpatient treatment.
Russian forces also struck the city of Balakliya in the Kharkiv region overnight with drones, injuring eight people, including a 4-year-old girl and a 13-year-old boy.
