Six people were injured in the Sumy region over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian shelling.
According to Ukrinform, the Sumy Regional Military Administration reported this on Facebook.
It is noted that over the past 24 hours, Russian troops carried out nearly 60 attacks on 26 settlements in the region. The highest number of strikes was recorded in the Sumy and Shostka districts.
In the Sumy community, a 64-year-old man was injured when an enemy drone struck. In the Konotop community, two men aged 71 and 39 were injured by a Russian drone strike, and a 60-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction. In the Trostianets community, two men aged 32 and 35 were injured when a drone struck.
In the region, shelling damaged civilian infrastructure, houses, cars, farm buildings, and non-residential structures.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the night of July 10, Russian forces struck a gas station in Shostka, Sumy region, causing a fire.
