Araghchi warns Israel will pay 'heavy price' for attacks

Iran’s foreign minister said Tehran would exact a “heavy price” for Israeli strikes on the country’s infrastructure, according to remarks carried by state media.

Foreign minister Abbas Araghchi condemned the attacks and warned of retaliation, IRNA reported. 

The statement follows a series of Israeli strikes targeting sites in Iran, part of an escalating conflict that has drawn threats of further retaliation from both sides. Iranian officials have repeatedly vowed to respond to attacks, as regional tensions continue to intensify.
