A woman in her 30s was lightly wounded in Rishon LeZion after a missile launched from Iran struck the area, Israel's Magen David Adom emergency service said.
MDA said the woman was inside the protected room in her home at the time of the impact. Rescue teams arriving at the scene reported "extensive destruction, smoke and shattered glass."
The Israeli military said it carried out a strike overnight targeting an aircraft used by Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei at Mehrabad Airport in Tehran.
According to the Israel Defense Forces, the aircraft was used by Khamenei as well as other senior Iranian officials and military personnel for domestic and international flights related to military coordination and procurement.
The IDF said destroying the aircraft would disrupt the Iranian leadership's ability to coordinate with allied groups and support military buildup efforts.
Israel said it would continue operating against what it described as Iranian military capabilities across the country.

Yair Golan, head of Israel's left-wing Democrats party, warned that Israel should exhaust diplomatic options before sending ground forces into Lebanon.
Golan, a former IDF deputy chief of staff and former head of the military's Northern Command, said he was familiar with the cost of fighting in Lebanon. "I know Lebanon. I served as head of Northern Command and was wounded there while defending Israel's northern communities," he wrote.
He warned against expanding the war with Hezbollah into a prolonged ground campaign, drawing parallels to Israel's ongoing war in Gaza. "We must not allow the failure in Gaza to replicate itself in Lebanon and Iran," Golan said. "We must not allow this government to lead us into an endless war there as well."
Israel's Home Front Command eased restrictions in several areas on Monday, allowing schools to reopen in some communities for the first time since the war began more than two weeks ago.
In localities designated as "yellow" zones, some municipalities resumed in-person classes. A few areas, including the Eshkol Regional Council, fully reopened schools, while others such as the Hof Ashkelon Regional Council and Arad opted for a gradual reopening. In several cities, including Ofakim and Ashkelon, authorities decided not to reopen schools yet.
Palestinian health officials said 16 Palestinians were killed Sunday in Israeli strikes and gunfire in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
In Gaza, medics said an Israeli airstrike killed a senior police official and eight other officers when it hit their vehicle near Zawayda, while three members of a family were killed in another strike in Nuseirat. The Israeli military said it carried out a strike in Gaza after Hamas militants opened fire on Israeli troops a day earlier.
In the West Bank village of Tammun, Palestinian authorities said a couple and two of their children were killed when Israeli forces opened fire on their vehicle. The military said troops fired after the car accelerated toward them during an arrest operation and said the incident is under review.
