Background:
On the night of 13-14 April, a civilian vessel sailing under the Panamanian flag and port infrastructure in the city of Izmail in Odesa Oblast sustained damage as a result of a Russian strike.
On the night of 14-15 April, Russian forces launched yet another attack on port infrastructure facilities on the Danube.
