On the evening of April 4, Russian forces attacked the Snovsk area with "Geran" drones. A civilian man was killed, and an agricultural enterprise and a vehicle delivering bread were damaged.
The head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration, Viacheslav Chaus, reported this on Telegram, according to Ukrinform.
"Yesterday evening, the enemy attacked the Snovsk area with 'Geran' drones. Unfortunately, a civilian man born in 1985 was killed. My condolences to his family. A house and a car were damaged. There was also a hit on an agricultural enterprise – the fire there has been extinguished," the statement said.
It is also noted that in a village of the Snovsk community, five hectares of grass caught fire due to a "Geran" strike. Earlier that morning, an FPV drone hit a vehicle that was delivering bread in a village of the Novhorod-Siverskyi community.
In Chernihiv, a garage building was damaged due to a "Geran" strike. The fire at the impact site has been extinguished. Over the past day, 52 attacks and 80 explosions were recorded.
As Ukrinform previously reported, drone strikes in the Chernihiv region over the past day also damaged a truck and facilities related to energy, transport, and critical infrastructure.
