Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha will meet with his Polish counterpart, Radosław Sikorski, in Warsaw today.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Heorhii Tykhyi announced the meeting during the briefing with journalists, Ukrinform reported.
"The minister is returning to Ukraine after his visit to Japan and, on his way home, will hold talks today with his Polish counterpart, Radosław Sikorski, in Warsaw," Tykhyi said.
No press statements or media briefing are currently planned following the meeting.
As Ukrinform reported, Ukraine's foreign minister paid working visits to the Republic of Korea and Japan from June 29 to July 2.
On June 19, Polish President Karol Nawrocki decided to revoke Volodymyr Zelensky's Order of the White Eagle.
The following day, Zelensky said he had returned the decoration to the President of Poland by mail and stressed that Ukraine remains open to meaningful engagement with its partners.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said Nawrocki's decision to strip Zelensky of the Order of the White Eagle plays into Moscow's hands and has shocked Poland's allies.
