Iranian defence council member Ali Akbar Ahmadian said Iran’s security is “non-negotiable” and accused the United States of disrupting global maritime and energy stability.
“Our security is non-negotiable, and the Americans have disrupted global maritime and energy security," he said.
“Americans should know that our operations will change the equation and make the cost unbearable for them,” Ahmadian added as tensions continue over the Strait of Hormuz and regional security.
