British Health Secretary Wes Streeting has said the UK is disappointed that talks in Islamabad stalled.
"It’s obviously disappointing that we haven’t yet seen a breakthrough in negotiations and an end to this war in Iran that is a sustainable one," Streeting told Sky News.
"As ever in diplomacy, you’re failing until you succeed. So while these talks may not have ended in success, doesn’t mean there isn’t merit in continuing to try."
Protesters attempted to block vehicles while lying in the road, addressing officers deployed at the scene with "hateful chants."
Keren Terner had served as director-general of the Communications Ministry, and Liran Avisar Ben Horin served as director-general of both the Finance and Transportation Ministries.
The alleged target was named as Rabbi Michael Khoury by KAN and Radio Free Syria.
The ruling followed a procedurally fraught stretch in which the state repeatedly sought additional time and drew open judicial criticism.
