Ukraine says 77 out of 110 drones launched by Russian overnight were downed or jammed, with strikes recorded at several locations and the attack still ongoing.

Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 110 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones on the night of 6-7 April. About 70 of the UAVs were Shahed loitering munitions.

Details: Early reports indicated that as of 08:00, Ukrainian air defence forces had destroyed or jammed 77 Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas and other types of drones in the country's north, south and east.
Hits by 31 UAVs were recorded at 14 locations and the fall of downed aerial assets (debris) at 9 locations.
Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare assets, unmanned systems units and mobile fire groups from Ukraine's defence forces have been involved in repelling the attack.
The attack is ongoing, as several Russian drones are still in Ukrainian airspace.
