Most movement restrictions currently imposed on Palestinians in the West Bank are being carried out without required legal approvals, violating IDF protocols, a senior Israeli military legal adviser warned in a recent letter to top IDF officials.
"The Foreign Ministry is conducting a situation assessment with the relevant authorities in Israel and is examining the options for assistance," the statement said.
