The police violated three separate court orders by repeatedly restraining a suspect who had been sent for psychiatric evaluation, the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court ruled last week. Magistrate's Court Judge Dan Bouman noted that repeated orders had been issued to remove the restraints to permit the evaluation and said that the conduct of the police prevented the suspect from undergoing the necessary evaluation for days.
