Jewish physician Dr. Antonia Taube Kragen died in 1933, at age 43. She was buried in one of the two Jewish cemeteries in Krakow's Podgórze district. Three weeks before she died, she managed to publish an article about tuberculosis, the disease that took her life. Nowadays, nothing remains of her tombstone.
