Amid antisemitism surge, U.K. to boost spending to protect its Jewish community
Antisemitic incidents in the U.K. reached 3,700 in 2025, the second-highest annual figure on record after 2023, according to the Community Security Trust.

The British government has announced a major boost in government spending to help protect the country's Jewish community. "Jewish communities will see a surge in protection, as the Government invests over £250 million [$335 million] across the next three years, dedicated to increasing security for Jewish communities," the government said in a statement released for publication early Monday Israel time.
