Defense Forces have once again struck the Chonhar Bridge, as well as the bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit.
According to Ukrinform, the Kherson-based publication Most reported this.
“In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine have once again struck the Chonhar Bridge. The bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit was also hit,” the report states.
According to the publication, citing Vladimir Saldo, the head of the occupation administration in the Kherson region, traffic through the Dzhankoi Checkpoint has been completely blocked, and passage across the bridge connecting Henichesk with the Arabat Spit is blocked.
Before this, the publication notes, the occupiers claimed that traffic across the Chonhar Bridge had been fully restored.
As reported by Ukrinform, on the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, on the morning of June 10, traffic from Henichesk to the Arabat Spit was temporarily blocked, and a strike on one of the bridges was reported. Later, it was reported that traffic across the bridge from Henichesk to the Arabat Spit would operate in reverse.
On the night of June 7, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine damaged a strategic bridge between Crimea and the Kherson region in the Chonhar area. The Chonhar Bridge was struck again on the night of June 8.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region, bridges across the North Crimean Canal have been damaged.
