Israel’s ambassador to the United Nations, Danny Danon, said he questioned diplomats during a UN General Assembly session about whether payments had been made to Iran for ships to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.

Danon said the ambassadors of France, China and Pakistan did not respond to the question.
“Apparently there are questions that neither are in a hurry to answer,” he said.
