Quote: "The number of people killed in the Romny hromada following an overnight Russian attack has risen to four. Updated information indicates that the enemy struck a high-rise residential building with an attack drone. The impact triggered a large-scale fire. Tragically, two women, an elderly man and a young child were killed."
Details: Hryhorov noted that the girl was not yet two years old. One of the women killed was her mother.
"Three men were injured in the attack. All of them are receiving the necessary medical treatment," he concluded.
