Serbia poised to produce drones with Israeli arms giant Elbit Systems
Israel and Serbia tighten defense ties: The joint venture comes amid a surge in arms exports from Belgrade, and two major deals to supply Elbit made artillery, missiles and advanced UAVs

Several weeks ago, Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić announced the imminent opening of a new unmanned aerial vehicle manufacturing plant. "For serious UAVs – the most serious in the world," he said. The president added that the facility could be ready as early as April and would be a joint venture, but did not disclose the partner.
