U.S. President Donald Trump climbed one rung higher in his tantrum diplomacy on Wednesday. He not only squabbled with the leaders of Spain, Italy and other countries at the end of the NATO summit meeting in Ankara, mixed up the leaders of Russia and Ukraine and intervened in a referee's decision at the World Cup. The president also opened a new round in the saga of threats issued against Iran.
